CBS News released their report (the very last line in our news above) yesterday at 21:47 (Korean time) while Newsen is still saying that YunHo & ChangMin are not included in the disposition on 2009-08-01 00:14:15.

Even DNBN has closed after the news released. I tried to log into my own account, and even then DNBN still wouldn’t open. I’m not sure if it’s just for Non-members.. but possibly foreigners too? I’m not sure.. but~ everyone’s waiting.
Everything’s already being arranged, Yunho’s movie, Changmin’s upcoming drama, Junsu’s solos, the Colors promotion… It’s hard to take in. T_T

These conflict factors were written by Newsen, and please don’t take them as unbeatable true facts. The one who wrote is a person and a person always has his/her very own individual opinion. Eventhough he/she has facts to base his/her opinions, yet NO REPORTER right now who really knows what is actually happening between TVXQ themselves.
Meanwhile, the recent unofficial news spread around is that:
Yunho and Changmin aren’t betraying TVXQ for not being involved in the law suit. They all have wanted to leave SM Entertainment, but couldn’t because of their contracts. Even if they had wanted to leave, the amount of money fighting lawsuits would be enormous. All 5 members are standing together against SM. It is very distinct that this is not a TVXQ vs. TVXQ fight, but rather a TVXQ against SM fight.
